IR.94 (GSMA IR.94 IMS Profile for Video Telephony)

Also known as: GSMA IR.94, ViLTE Profile

IR.94 is the GSMA Permanent Reference Document that extends the VoLTE IR.92 profile with conversational video telephony (ViLTE) and video-share over IMS. It mandates H.264 and, later, H.265 video codecs, SDP negotiation rules, QoS handling and interworking with 3G-CS video. Security considerations focus on SDP fuzzing, RTP video injection and codec-related DoS.
